Anawim’s response to COVID-19

PLEASE NOTE – THIS IS AN ARCHIVE ARTICLE ABOUT THE SERVICES PROVIDED IN THE COVID PANDEMIC.

Anawim’s women’s centre is still open and offering various support services for our women – but with a few changes.

Face to face appointments and courses are limited, but we’re still here for you. Contact your caseworker for more information about your specific support.

We also have services available for women who are not Anawim clients, such as the free helpline or Drop-in services.

Please call, chat to or visit us if you are feeling unsure or worried about how the Covid-19 outbreak is affecting you – whether it is mental health, finances, relationships and families or if you are facing changes to your working life, have housing issues or anything else.

If you’re concerned about changes to your relationship or are worried about your well-being around other people in your home, we are offering confidential and non-judgemental support. Anawim’s female caseworkers are available to discuss any or all of your worries.
