Established in 1986, Anawim has been providing direct support to women and children from within the community for over 30 years.
Our work is dependent on the generosity of our supporters. Leaving a gift in your Will is one of the best ways to fund Anawim into the future, meaning we can continue to be a lifeline for women in times of crisis.

If I decide to leave a gift in my Will, what are the next steps?
How do I leave a gift in my Will?
There are three main types of charitable gift which you can leave in your Will:-
- A pecuniary legacy – a fixed sum of money, such as £500, £1,000 or £5,000 etc.
- A residuary gift – a percentage share of your estate after funeral expenses, debts and other gifts in the will have been paid, for example 10% or 1/5th of your estate etc.
- A specific gift – a specific item, for example jewellery, a car, shares, or a property.
Making a Will or updating a current Will to include a legacy to Anawim is simple and straightforward. Just contact your solicitor, let them know the type of gift you would like to leave to us, and provide them with our full details (set out below) to be included in the will:-

Should I tell you if I'd like to leave a legacy gift?
You don’t have to tell us if you have chosen to leave a gift in your Will, although we’d love to say thank you. Whether you decide to let us know or not, you will always be free to change your mind.
