Do you need support with emotion management?

Our R.E.D.D. (Regulating Emotions and Dealing with Distress) course is a great resource for you to work through your state of mind in a safe space. We support you to find practical solutions in difficult situations, as well as understanding the physical changes that the body undergoes when experiencing these emotions.
