Your conversation will be kept confidential and you do not have to disclose any specific details which may identify you but if there are any concerns for your immediate safety, or that of a child or vulnerable adult, we would need to take action if those details were made available. After our conversation, a record will be stored on our secure database, along with any personal information you share with us. You have the right to access any information we hold about you, so please contact enquiries@anawim.co.uk if you require more information.

If you need to speak to someone outside our helpline hours, you can call The Freephone National Domestic Abuse Helpline, run by Refuge for free at any time, day or night. The staff will offer confidential, non-judgemental information and support.

Drop-in 

You don’t need an appointment to visit our Drop-in services in Birmingham. 

  • For general advice visit Anawim Women’s Centre, Balsall Heath, Mondays to Fridays at 9am- 4:30pm (drop in is open 9am-3pm Mon-Thu and 9am-1pm on Fridays)
